Setup

In ChatGPT, enable Developer mode and create a connector.
Set the MCP server URL to https://mcp.matchwithcare.co.uk/mcp with no trailing slash.
Save. No OAuth client, bearer token, or Match with Care account is required.
Any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP can use the same URL.

Verify

Call matchwithcare.get_home_care_types with the prompt “What are the main types of home care in the UK?”.
Expect HTTP success and sourced cards covering visiting, live-in, overnight, respite, and companionship.
Call matchwithcare.get_privacy_and_data_practices and confirm it links to https://matchwithcare.co.uk/chatgpt-app-privacy.

Rollback

Disconnect the connector in the client. The MCP server does not create accounts or stored sessions for connector traffic. Closing the tab or removing the connector is a complete rollback.

Confirmation boundary

Every published MCP tool is read-only (readOnlyHint). There is no agent tool for hire, agreements, or payments. A person completes those on the website.
