For carers
We are building a managed introductory network for experienced carers who want fair pay, clearer expectations, and families who value continuity. You create a profile that reflects your skills—personal care, dementia or Parkinson's familiarity, medication prompting, palliative experience, and more—plus the geography and working pattern you prefer, whether that is visiting hours, nights, or live-in with properly agreed breaks.
Families browse and shortlist; care advisors check availability, answer practical questions, and arrange introductions so both sides can judge fit before care starts. Introductions sit alongside clear written agreements on scope, schedule, and rate—so routines and boundaries are understood from day one.
Vetting matches what households rightly expect: interview, identity and right-to-work verification, DBS checks, and references before you are introduced through the platform. Our model reduces the overhead you often see in traditional agency rosters, which helps carers retain more of the contract value they negotiate with the family. You stay in control of which opportunities you accept once terms are clear.
You can control public visibility, respond to advisor-led matches, and use onboarding to complete compliance steps. If you are already approved, open your dashboard; otherwise start carer onboarding. General questions about checks and next steps are covered in our FAQs.
