What we deliver
When an employee needs help with eldercare, this is what they get — from first call to a trusted introduction.

Benefits for your
Matched in days, not months
A named coordinator finds vetted local carers for mum or dad — so evenings stop disappearing into agency phone trees.
Real carers, not a directory
Enhanced-DBS-checked carers from our network. Employee picks from a shortlist; we handle introductions.
Unlimited support
Call, email, or video as often as needed. Care escalates — support escalates with it.
Confidential by design
Nothing goes to their manager. HR sees anonymised utilisation only.
Comparing us to the market
You buy access (PEPM). The family pays care hours at member rates. If you later want to subsidise hours, we can structure that into a pilot.

Frequently asked questions
A confidential line for every employee, a named coordinator when someone needs care, matching against our carer network, and a launch kit for HR. You pay a monthly per-employee fee. The family pays the carer's time at member rates.
Directories and EAPs help people understand options. We run the matching: Enhanced-DBS-checked carers, shortlist near the family, introductions, and rematching when needs change. Employees do not spend evenings cold-calling agencies.
The employer pays for access to the benefit. Care hours are billed to the family at our member rates. If you later want to subsidise hours, we can structure that into a pilot.
No. Employees contact us on a dedicated URL, email, and phone. HR gets anonymised utilisation only. People will not use a care benefit they think their manager can see.
Once we agree cohort and success criteria, launch is days. We write the announcement, intranet copy, and a one-page manager brief. Your team's time is about an hour.
Match with Care is an introductory agency under CQC’s definition: we find, vet, and introduce self-employed carers. We do not run a care home or a registered domiciliary agency. Vetting includes ID, right to work, Enhanced DBS, references, and an interview.
