I spent a lot of time with Susan witnessing her kindness and professionalism in treating my cousin Ann. She was extremely attentive and patient with her, assisted her, provided her medication, prepared her meals, mobilised her, organised her appointments and was always compassionate and understanding. When we said our farewells we both shed some tears and I realised then that she truly cared for Ann as a person and took her duties as much more than a job. I am happy to recommend her, she is a trustworthy caregiver and a lovely human being.
