Common questions
Yes — once you've spoken with our team, we'll arrange an introduction with carers who are a good fit. This gives you the chance to ask questions and make sure it feels right before moving forward.
Simply give us a call and tell us a bit about your needs. We'll confirm availability, suggest the best carers (including Fe-Yowie if suitable), and guide you through the next steps.
Availability can change quickly. When you speak to us, we'll check Fe-Yowie's current availability and recommend similar carers if needed, so you're not limited to just one option.
