Elsie was a cheerful and positive presence for my mother-in-law. She has a lovely disposition, very kind, reliable, always pleasant and smiling, ready to help with anything and totally reliable. She looked after her at night, coming on duty at about 5pm and leaving the morning after getting her up and washing and dressing her, with the assistance of another carer. My mother-in-law was always physically able to do very little for herself and was catheterised for the last few years of her life. Elsie attended beautifully and caringly to all her personal hygiene and medical needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She enabled her to live to a very advanced age with dignity and grace. We were highly fortunate to have found her.
