Yes — once you've spoken with our team, we'll arrange an introduction with carers who are a good fit. This gives you the chance to ask questions and make sure it feels right before moving forward.
Simply give us a call and tell us a bit about your needs. We'll confirm availability, suggest the best carers (including Charlotte if suitable), and guide you through the next steps.
Availability can change quickly. When you speak to us, we'll check Charlotte's current availability and recommend similar carers if needed, so you're not limited to just one option.
Charlotte began in the complex needs department as a volunteer during her final year of school before being offered a permanent Teaching Assistant position upon leaving. She supported students with complex needs in both group and one-to-one sessions, learning British Sign Language (BSL) to enhance communication, and assisted teachers on field trips and excursions.
