Full time live-in dementia carer in Kensington and Chelsea

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate live-in carer to support a gentleman living with advanced dementia in the Kensington and Chelsea area (W8). The client is non-verbal and requires attentive, dignified care from someone who understands the unique challenges of dementia support.

About the Role

This is a full-time live-in position providing round-the-clock care and support. The client resides at home with family members who are actively involved in his care, creating a supportive and collaborative household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming, including continence care (the client wears incontinence pads). Maintaining the client's dignity and comfort at all times is paramount, and a high standard of hygiene is essential.
• Dementia Care: Providing patient, calm, and person-centred support tailored to the client's needs as a non-verbal individual living with dementia. This includes monitoring wellbeing, recognising non-verbal cues, and ensuring a safe, reassuring environment.
