Match with Care is modernising how families find and arrange care for their loved ones. We combine technology with a personal, human service to make the process faster, simpler and more reliable.
We’re early stage (younger than a year) and looking for an Operations Lead to join our small team and take ownership of helping families find the right care.
This role would start off with care coordination work, but it will evolve into a more strategic role as we grow our team.
What you’ll do
- 01Speak with families to understand their care needs and preferences
- 02Match families with suitable, vetted carers
- 03Coordinate introductions, interviews and placements
- 04Work alongside our modern, AI powered platform
- 05Support families and carers throughout the process
- 06Help us continuously improve how we deliver care
What we’re looking for
- 01Someone who is fine with a startup environment — high risk, high reward
- 02Excellent communication and people skills
- 03Highly organised and able to manage multiple families at once
- 04Empathetic, practical and proactive
- 05Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- 06Previous experience in care, recruitment, customer success or a similar role is useful but not essential
